Medcare Hospital Sharjah is looking for an effective and flexible Customer Service Manager to join their team in the Relations department. The incumbent will be responsible for the day to day coordination between registrations, admission, discharge/transfer, insurance, financial and any other services related to Relations Staff. He/she responds to and follow up Relations Staff needs, requests and concerns as appropriate; investigate and/or channel complaints or problems to appropriate Hospital staff; assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary. He/she prepares and approves duty rota making sure that there is coverage of staff at all times and to discourage overtime by proper planning of staff duty. He/she makes required reports for the department and Involves in the Recruitment of Relations staff according to approved Manpower Budget. He/she oversees the work performance of all relations staff and continually evaluates and updates the Relations staffs’ professional practice, coordinates with Relations Team Leaders in the day to day activities including, monitoring of staff attendance, completion of online monthly duty rota, approval of leave applications and handling staff related issues within the department.
